We are seeing how environmental issues in society are becoming increasingly important and how climate change affects the population to an increasing extent. Gustav Stenbeck, former environmental activist at Greenpeace and today a venture capitalist, CEO and businessman, has taken the initiative to adapt an environmental target along with Järnmalmer directed at our employers. In other words, the next generation, something that also created the name of the gala: Lilla chefsgalan (Young manager’s Gala) – tomorrow’s leaders talking about the environment.
The aim is to help children and young people understand in a simple way the environmental issues we face, how to deal with them and what we can do to create change.
